1990
Entry of M&G Spedition into the transportation business
Typical start was impelementation of FTL transports.
Gained knowledge resulted in the gradual development of individual forwarding activities.
1992
Establishment of a company M&G Spedition s.r.o. with 6 branches
( International forwarding ) – Bratislava , Trnava, Nové Zámky, Košice, Žilina, Rožňava, Gemerská Hôrka. Company gains certificates ISO, VDA and becomes a member of an significant German association ILS.
Establishment of M&G Expres Spedition s.r.o. with 14 branches
(Express courier service )– Bratislava, Trnava, Nové Zámky, Nitra, Trenčín, Prievidza, Žilina, Žiar nad Hronom, Banská Bystrica, Brezno, Poprad, Košice, Humenné, Prešov
Establishment of M&G Spedition Colservis s.r.o. with 7 branches
( border forwarding – representation at border crossings )

1993
M&G Spedition s.r.o. becomes a member of the Association of logistics and shipping of the Slovak Republic
Executive manager of company Mr. Peter Menczer actively worked as the 1st vice-president of this association for 26 years till the 2023. The Union of border freight forwarders was established , and the executive manager Mr. Ing. Juraj Gros acted as a president of this union.
1994
One of the first advertisements on public transport in the capital
2000
Establishment of RMG Automotive Logistics s.r.o. with 2 branches
This company was established as an exclusive supplier of components from logistics park in Lozorno to Volkswagen automotive plant in Bratislava.
2004
In order to increase the quality of service and consistent specialization of services provided, the company transformed into 3 successor companies with unchanged ownership structure:
- M & G Spedition Bratislava (forwarding , storage, customs service)
- M & G Reality, s.r.o. ( care for own property)
- M & G Spedition Rožňava s.r.o ( specialized logistics service for the company SCA Hygine Products s.r.o. )

Construction of the M & G Spedition warehouse and hall in Gemerská Hôrka
It was an important landmark in the development of the company and meant the beginnings of warehousing and logistics for a major multinational company SCA Hygiene Products spol. s.r.o.
2005
The entry of Slovakia into the EU has expanded the possibilities of carrying out transports to several countries
2006
Completion of the storage hall in Gemerská Hôrka
2008
Increase in export volumes of transport to Western Europe
2012
Fulfilling the ecological idea by keeping documentation in electronic form

The company has been certified as a Creditworthy company
2015
Establishment of the M&G Spedition association – Group of carriers
As the culmination of many years of preparation, through the search for the most suitable form of transport with the possibility of long-term growth, there is established an association of verified transport companies operating in the transport market for a long time

The company obtains the ISO 9001:2015 certificate

In order to increase the storage capacity, a rack system is installed
